Linda K. Ford

Linda is survived by her husband, Dale Sears; her daughters Lori Edwards (Terry); Kelley Terell (Billy); Gina Sears; and Nicki Lefoy (Ryan); her son Cary Carden; her grandchildren Jace Carden, Christian Edwards, Matthew Duke, Amber Duke, Megan Duke, Jessica Payne, Alicia Roberts, Madison Franklin, Brielle Lefoy, Reece Lefoy and her great grandchildren Collin Edwards, Gia Stroud, Gemma Stroud, Braylei Payne, Sadie Payne, Kymberlyn Duke, Ella Duke, Bentlee Roberts.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Eunice and Flora Ford; her grandchild Cody Lynn Edwards.

A celebration of life for Linda will be Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 2:30 PM at Gray Brown Service Mortuary. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Linda was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County and a graduate of Walter Welborn High School. She was employed by the State ABC Board for many years. Linda was an avid softball player and loved to spoil her grandchildren. She took up gardening that she learned from her father EW Ford, often being found in her greenhouse that Dale built. She loved digging in the dirt and watching her flowers grow, but her true love was her old dog Rusty that she had for 18 years.
