Larry Wayne Starnes

Mr. Starnes died at home peacefully with his wife at his side.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Chappell Starnes; his daughter Susan (Andy) Stubbs; his sons Greg Starnes and Brent Comer; his sister Wanda Gail McDowell; his grandchildren Bradley (Gracie) Stubbs, Heather Stubbs (Josh) Grigsby, Jacob Comer and several nieces and nephews; brother in law Darrell (Donna) Chappell, sister in law Teresa Chappell (Bryan) Blanton and his precious fur baby Katie.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hiram Jr. and Mae Lillie Starnes.

He worked for APAC for 43 years. He was an avid fisherman and a loyal University of Alabama fan. He never met a stranger. He loved the outdoors and working in his garden. He would do anything possible to help others. He always had a smile on his face.

He was a member of Eulaton 1st Baptist Church. He will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
