Justin was born in Anniston and was a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church. He attended Saks High School and Jacksonville State University. Justin will be missed by all his friends and family and the many people who knew him. He enjoyed life and all it offered. Justin was not a stranger to adventure; he recently traveled with his mom to Italy, Spain, and France. Among the other adventures in his life, he has parachuted from an airplane, gone bungee jumping, parasailed, and participated in a second line parade through the streets of the French Quarters in New Orleans, one of his favorite cities. Among the other things he enjoyed were motorcycle riding, fishing, playing the ukulele, and playing basketball. Justin had a music blog called Sunday Cruising, where he shared his favorite music with others and enjoyed an eclectic variety of music genres. Justin will be missed by many including a large family who embraced him and was loved unconditionally. Friends and family will also miss his infectious smile, his smartly coiffed hair and those fedoras he loved to wear. His favorite place to contemplate life was Mt. Cheaha while sipping his favorite beverage, coffee. Known by some as “brown-eyed boy”, Justin was quick witted, a friend to the friendless and willing to lend a helping hand. Though his life here on earth has ceased, Justin’s spirit, his legacy, and his love will long continue to be a part of those who knew and loved him. Justin is now free of the pain of addiction to be among the nights’ brightest stars where he will shine forever.
