Mr. Finley was a loving husband, father and son. He spent his life working hard but enjoyed his job to the fullest. He was a man who thought it wise to save his money that he worked so hard to earn. Auburn was his favorite team to watch and he was also an avid softball player until the age of 65. The man could throw a curveball that nobody could seem to hit. Once fully retired at 85, Jerry Finley could be found sitting on his back porch drinking coffee and enjoying the day. He will be greatly missed by all of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
