Farris Crow Jr., age 79, of Anniston, Alabama passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love and family on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. There will be a memorial service at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Monday, October 14,2024, from 2pm to 4pm.
Farris is survived by his son Richie Crow; his son Scott Pettus (Trina Pettus); and his daughter Kelley R. Harris (Chris); his grandchildren Maddux Pettus, Hannah Harris and Marley Pettus.
Farris was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Crow; his parents Mr. and Mrs. Crow Sr.; Mandy De Thomas and Jamie Scott.
Serving as honorary pallbearers are Scott Pettus, Chris Harris, Keith Henegar, Randy Ramsey, Eddie Hanvey, Jerry Eaton and Terry Eaton.
Farris W. Crow Jr. born January 1,1945 to Farris W. Crow Sr and Margaret V. Crow. He was a long time resident of Saks, Al. He was a hard worker owning his own hardware stores for many years. He loved playing golf, and being with friends. He was a loving father and popsie to his kids and grandkids. He loved to travel with his late wife and fur babies. Farris will be missed by so many. Mr. Crow made a profession of faith and was baptised by Brother Marlon Greenwood at Oakridge Baptist church in 1993.
