Dorothy "Marie" Tiller

Mrs. Tiller passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Tiller; son, Michael Robert Tiller; sister, Maryanne Walker; brother, Steve Lester (Cathy); grandchildren, Jeremy Tiller (Carmen), Andrea Alward (Brett); great-grandchildren, Alexis Cameron (Kyle), Haley Tiller, Garrett Alward, Blakely Alward, Levi Alward; great-great grandchildren, Nova-Lee Tiller, including numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tiller is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Mary Lester; daughter, Tina Tiller; sisters, Linda Teal, Darlene Cobb, Donna Davis; granddaughter, Kristina Dowdy; great grandson, Brayden Alward.

Marie loved her church, her children, grandchildren, and being outdoors. She loved to do yard work or anything to do with her flower garden. Marie was a devoted wife to Robert for 63 years. She was a loving grandmother who is loved and will be missed by all that knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to ask that donations be made to Mt. View Baptist Church in Alexandria, AL or St. Jude Hospital in honor of Mrs. Tiller.
