Bobby is survived by his daughter, Donna Curvin (Terry); sons, Jeffery Goodwin (Kellie), Barry Goodwin (Angela), Greg Goodwin (Cindy), and Mark Goodwin (Doni); sisters-in-laws, Shelby Whitten and Dianne Borders and brother-in-law, Roger Borders; grandchildren, Tasha Kilgore (Brandon), Jordan Goodwin (Brooke), Mitchell Goodwin, Millie Lentz (Davidson), Allison Williams (Cole), Heather Wallace (Samuel), Morgan Barker (Chris), Aidan Goodwin, Kristen Boozer, Kara Boozer, and Kohl Boozer (Monique), 11 Great-Grandchildren with 2 on the way and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Betty Lou Goodwin; his wife Patricia Goodwin; parents Henry & Dovie Goodwin; brother, J.C. Goodwin; sisters, Olene Mintz, Gladys Weldon, Ruth Burns, Minnie Couch, and Etta Jenkins; daughter-in-law, Page Goodwin; brothers-in-law, Jerry Whitten and Rev. Dewayne Borders; and son-in-law, Terry Curvin.
Mr. Goodwin was a hardworking man that retired from Anniston Electric after 38 years of service after which he opened his own business called Goodwin Appliance Service where he continued working for 33 years. He was a long time member of the Praise and Worship Center in Saks, Al. He loved to spend his free time fishing and gardening. He was a loving and caring Daddy who loved the Lord and his family above all else. A visitation for Bobby will be held Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 542 W 52nd St, Anniston, Alabama 36206. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Anniston Memorial Gardens, 4000 US Highway 431, Anniston, Alabama 36206.
Serving as pallbearers are Brandon Kilgore, Tucker Kilgore, Jordan Goodwin, Mitchell Goodwin, Aidan Goodwin and Samuel Wallace.
