Pat Nelson 1945-2016 Patricia Austin (Rookes) Nelson died in Ann Arbor on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. She was born in Ann Arbor, the daughter of Harry J. Rookes and Margaret I. (Austin) Rookes. She was a graduate of U of M and lived in Ann Arbor most of her life. She worked for the U of M Health System for many years, and then as Director of Credentialing Services. In addition to her family she is remembered by her U of M Health System “family’ and all her friends. Pat was predeceased by her father. She is survived by her mother, her husband Gregory Nelson, of Ann Arbor; daughter Robin Allison Lanford, and son in law Greg Lanford, of Tecumseh; and step son Michael Nelson and grand-niece Max Nelson, of Columbus, Ohio.
