Judith Haines

Judith A. Clark Haines, 78, passed away at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, IA, on September 1, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at Ankeny Christian Church (2506 SW 3rd St, Ankeny, IA 50021). Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the services on Wednesday at the church. Interment will follow the services at Bondurant Cemetery. Memorials may be directed towards the Ankeny Fire Department or Mercy Hospice Johnston.

Judith Ann Clark was born August 24, 1939, to William and Pauline (Miller) Clark in Ottumwa, IA. She moved to Bondurant in 1943, and graduated from Bondurant High School. Judy attended Church of God College in Anderson, Indiana. On June 25, 1960, Judy was united in marriage to Larry Haines at the Bondurant Christian Church. They had 2 children, William and Angela. Judy retired from Farmers Mutual in 1998. Judy enjoyed cheering on her favorite team the Hawkeyes; she also loved music, especially singing. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Judy will be deeply missed by her husband, Larry; son-in-law, Jim Mann; granddaughters: Madison and Kiersten Mann; sister, Nancy (Jim) Wehsollek and brother, Robert Clark, along with many extended family members.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; in-law parents; two children: William and Angela; her sister, Connie Prond; a nephew, Clark Wehsollek and niece, Sherry Willis.
