Dorothy Susan Franke

Dorothy was born to Marguerite and Eldon McNeeley on July 20th, 1945 in Des Moines Iowa. She was later adopted by Bernice and Gail Edwards.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Dorothy attended Creston High School. She enjoyed camping as well as spending time at home. She loved going to the Old Thresher’s Reunion in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.

Dorothy Susan Franke was preceded in death by her biological parents, Marguerite and Eldon McNeeley; her adoptive parents, Bernice and Gail Edwards; her brothers, Eldon (Patti) Bruhns, and Arthur Kocher; her sisters, Loretta Miller, and Charlotte Hubby; her half-brother, Johnny McNeeley; her daughter, Sharon Franke; And her sons, Eddie Franke, and Russ Franke.

Dorothy Susan Franke is survived by her daughter, Susan Franke; her niece, Chelsey Van Lenning; her adopted brother, Gary Edwards; her adopted sister, Kathy Edwards; her daughter-in-law, Deb Sharpe, and many other family members.
