Teddy Dee Bryant Sr

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Pioneer Chapel, 5400 S. Bell St., with the Rev. Bob Miller, pastor of South Georgia Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.

Teddy D. Bryant passed to be with our Lord July 12, 2011, at the age of 76 years.

Ted enjoyed fishing with his sons, grandsons and friends. He also had some real good hunting buddies that were just like family. He loved joking around and pulling gags on everyone.

He will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and "Babe" Thelma Bryant; a brother, Freddie Bryant; and a son, Robby Bryant.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Betty Bryant; two daughters, Wanda Erwin of Amarillo and Julie Fletcher of Edmond, Okla.; two sons, Teddy Bryant Jr. and girlfriend Kristie of Amarillo and Danny Bryant and wife Tessie of Cleburne; a sister, Freda Lawler and husband Bruce of Amarillo; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Hospice, Attn.: Sarah Lujan, 7201 Evans Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
