Stanley Scofield was born on August 17, 1954 in La Junta, CO to Oren and Jean Scofield. He founded Joint Alliance For Students (J. A. S.), He loved the great outdoors, the mountains, camping and fishing. He is preceded in death by a son John Allen Scofield. He is survived his father Oren and mother Jean Scofield of Amarillo, sons Chad Bennett and Chuck Bennett of Hendersonville, TN, Justin Scofield of Amarillo, a brother Ken Scofield of Amarillo, sisters Pat Newberry of Lubbock, Bev Elam of Amarillo and Kim Ball of Canyon, grandchildren Lindsay, Zane, Taylor, Isaiah, Molly, Delilah and Malachi, and special friend Donna Love of Guymon, OK.
