Peggy Ruth Holman

Peggy Ruth Holman entered the gates of Heaven on December 22, 2022 in Amarillo. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2 pm at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum with Pastor Charlie Jones officiating. Peggy was born December 9,1929 in Amherst, Texas to Erby and Beatrice Jones. She met and married her soulmate TW Holman. They spent 70 wonderful years together. Peggy loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a Godly, loving, kind and strong Christian woman who enjoyed teaching Sunday School and Bible study. “Everything has a place and everything in its place” was a motto that she lived by. She enjoyed reading, interior decorating, square dancing, crocheting, and RVing with TW. She was also an accomplished, self-taught artist who loved painting. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband TW Holman; two brothers Bob Jones and Don Jones.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Randy Holman and wife Pam; Debbie Taylor and Kendall Holman and wife Pam. Grandchildren: Kristi Holman, Monte Holman, Nathan Holman, Amy Booth, Michael Breithaupt, Russell Holman, Kindra Smiley and Kevin Holman. Eleven great-grandchildren and a very special friend Betty Canada.
