J.H. Moore 86, of Amarillo passed away on March 19, 2023. He was born in Ralls, Texas to Shirley and Ruth Moore. He proudly served his country in the United States Army National Guard. He was a hardworking man who worked in the insurance adjustment field for over 50 years. He enjoyed life and making people laugh and was a great story teller. He loved going on vacation with his family and playing 42.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister Nola Havins and a brother Lee Moore.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Warretta Moore; his children Cody Moore and wife Glenda and Virginia Stubbs and husband Todd. His grandchildren Nathan Wilson; Madison Stubbs; Faith Moore and Hope Moore and a great grandchild on the way.
