Mickey graduated from La Junta, CO high school in 1957. He was a member of the Colorado National Guard, a volunteer of John Fisher Hose Company; he worked for the La Junta Fire Department, Santa Fe Railroad and owned M & D trailers. His hobbies included woodworking, gardening, being a huge Denver Broncos fan, the “Mayor of Yale Street” and a member of the Grumpy Lunch Bunch. He is preceded in death by his wife Hazel Bradfield, son T.J. Bradfield, father Floyd Ivan Bradfield, brothers Richard Scott Bradfield and Robert Duane Bradfield. He is survived by his mother Martha Bradfield of La Junta, CO, brother Jerry and wife Meredith Bradfield of LA Junta, CO, sister Donna Schlepphorst of Carrollton, TX, daughter Jan Gamet and husband Tom of Horton, MI, Ginger Jones and husband Bob of Tacoma, WA, Julie Pratt and husband Bill of Albion, MI, Kim Noble and husband Derral of Amarillo, TX and Amy Van Horn and husband Kenny of Cheraw, CO, sons Bret Bradfield and wife Regina of Gunnison, CO and Mike Bradfield of Amarillo, TX.
