Eugene R. Brown 90, of Amarillo peacefully passed away on October 9, 2024. Graveside service will be Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10 am at Memory Gardens with Pastor Loran Harper officiating. Eugene was born on April 15, 2024, in Santa Rosa, New Mexico to James and Janie Brown.
He married the love of his life Audrey Lunsford on October 18, 1952. They spent 71 wonderful years together. Eugene was a hard-working man he worked for Coca Cola for over 40 years. His family was very important to him. He loved life and was a very adventurous man, he rode his Harley to Canada when he was 80 years old. He loved to tinker with anything and everything. In his free time, he enjoyed wood working, riding his Harley, gardening, cooking and baking. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his pets.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son Conny Wayne “Buster” Brown.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Audrey, his daughter Eugenia Zarate and son Michael Brown. Many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren along with many relatives and friends.
