A celebration of Daniel’s life will be held at a later date.
Daniel was born on January 6, 1946 in Amarillo to Cecil and Ruth O’Donald. He graduated from Canyon High in 1964 and attended West Texas State University. He served in the Army National Guard for 6 years. He lived in Amarillo and worked at Bell Helicopter for 33 years. In 1975, he married Theresa Seaton, and together, they raised their two wonderful daughters Melissa and Kimberly.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers James and Curt and 1 sister Janna McMurray. Those left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife, Theresa, his sister Jeanie Permenter; 2 daughters and son-in-laws: Melissa and Cullen Hopkins, and Kimberly and John Anderson and 5 grandchildren, Jaci, Sara, Aidan, Abby, and Logan, and several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests donations be made to JDRF.
