She was born on December 20, 1951 in Byn Mawr, Allegheny, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Largo High.
She married Michael Cecil Deloach on September 3, 1995. She worked in human resources for Airborn. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and had a passion for helping others.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Marjorie Lorraine Roulston and John Blair Vance.
Lou is survived by her loving husband Michael DeLoach; and daughter Amy Martin; and stepchildren Jackie DeLoach; Tania Evans, Ashley Spurgeon, and Lyle Beers; sister Deborah Noll and brother John Vance.
The family will receive guests from 9:00 am -10:00 am on Friday, May 10, 2024 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2255 Lake Emma Road, Lake Mary, Florida 32746. The funeral will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
