Fred B Shipman, 83, Winter Park passed away peacefully Thursday, August 22, 2019. Fred was a retired architect, avid fisherman, golfer and a member of the American Legion. Fred is survived by his wife of 48 years, Brenda Herndon Shipman. He is also survived by his children Tracy Langston Robinson (Mike), Nicole Shipman King (David), and Matt Shipman (Sherry). He also has five grandchildren, Abby Robinson Dyal, Alex Robinson, Logan King, Madison King, Tyler Jelinek and two great granddaughters, Olivia and Bailey Dyal. He also has a brother, Lamar Shipman, and a sister Laverne Mabry and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are Tuesday, August 27 at Baldwin Fairchild, East Altamonte Chapel. Visitation starts at 10 am, funeral at 1 pm with interment at 2 pm at Glen Haven Cemetery in Winter Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Wounded Warriors or any Veteran related charity.
