Carol Barber Wright, 72, of Altamonte Springs, FL passed away on March 11, 2024. She was born in Neptune, New Jersey on February 15, 1952. Carol obtained her Associates Degree from Catonsville Community College, she would later go on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from St. Leo University. She was married to William Wright on May 11th 1974. Carol had a career in Nursing and worked for Saint Cloud Hospital and Centra Care (formally Florida Hospitals) respectfully, for a number of years. Carol was a selfless and loving wife, mom, daughter, sister and caregiver to any in need. She was a member of the Quilters Guild and had a passion for sewing and creating quilts. Carol is survived by her loving husband William Wright. Son, Jason. Siblings, John (Joyce) Barber and Kathy Barber. Sister-in-law, Sue (Col. Clark) Schadle. Nieces and Nephews; Larry, Amy, Amanda, Randi, Jennifer and Jackie.
A graveside service for Carol will be held Friday, March 22, 2024 from 11:11 AM to 12:00 PM at Oaklawn Cemetery, 5000 COUNTY ROAD 46A, SANFORD, FL 32771.
