Judd, J.C, age 88, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 surrounded by loved ones. He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from JFG. He loved bowling and UT sports. He is preceded in death by his parents Hershel and Lucille Judd; his son, Barry Lynn Judd; and brothers, Earl Judd, Ebb Judd and Wayne Judd Sr. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara Jean Judd; daughter, Cheryl Doan (Joe); granddaughter, Katelynn Doan; grandsons, Matt Judd (Suzi), and Haven Judd; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Anna McClanahan, Charlotte Rhinehart, and Muriel Smith (Walter); and a host of loving family and friends. “On the day I lost you, I lost a father, friend, and my idol who I look up to. I miss you Dad. The family will receive friends at Central Church of God Friday, February 10, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, with a funeral service to follow.
