Beverly Joyce Walter

Beverly was born on May 14, 1963 in Pulaski, TN to Billy and Anita (Brown) Massey. She graduated from Dupont High School in 1981. On May 14, 1987, she married Donald L. Walter and together they raised their daughter, Tara.

Beverly had a passion for her friends and family, the outdoors, her animals and all people. She spent many years involved in her daughter's sports teams and enjoyed camping trips with her family and friends. Beverly attended Pathways Church where she loved being involved and serving others. She loved everyone that crossed her path along the way. She was known for her outgoing and social spirit and her smile that could light up any room she entered. Beverly will be remembered for her kindness and love that she spread to others.

Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Billy W. Massey and her sister, Kathy Atkins. She is survived by her daughter, Tara L. Walter, from her first marriage to Donald L. Walter; parents, Jerry and Anita Massey Woods; fiancé, Steven Bell; brothers, Terry Massey, Lynn and Jamie Woods, and sister, Stacey Plummer. She is also survived by her precious fur babies, Buster, Chloe, and Liberty.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 7:00pm at Pathways Church South Knoxville Campus, 6514 Chapman Hwy Knoxville, TN 37920 with Officiant Rev. Tommy Bellamy.
