Kay Tate

Kay was born on March 27, 1949 in Fairfield, IL to Ralph B. and Ferris (Michels) Crackel.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Lynden Crackel.

She is survived by her mother, Ferris Crackel, daughters: Tanya (Andy) Grimes and Debbie Nease all of Albion, one son, JR. (Tiffanie) Tate of Elkins, WV, two sisters: Sue (Kenny) Grove of Claremont, IL and Marla Moody of Albion, one brother, Gale Keith Crackel of Grayville, IL and eight grandchildren, who were her life: Sydnie, Sierra, Dakota, Alexis, Drew, Braden, Eli and Hawken.

Kay attended the Albion Free Methodist Church in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the hymns of the church and singing. She also enjoyed crocheting and reading.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 1PM to 3PM at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion, IL.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 3PM at the funeral home; burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
