Madeline Danesis

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Irene Danesis of Akron, Ohio and brother and sister-in-law Louis and Helen Danesis of Akron, Ohio.

Becky is survived by her daughter Renee (Rudy) Burton of Stow, Ohio; grandson Christopher (Amanda) Burton of Stow, Ohio; granddaughter Kara (Bobby) Szemenyei of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and great-granddaughter Lydia Burton. Her brothers, Michael (Pamela) Danesis of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and Dr. Gregory (Katie) Danesis of Akron, Ohio along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

Becky was born September 22, 1942 and raised in Akron, Ohio but spent many years living in Stow. She was lifelong member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Becky worked various Book Keeping and secretarial jobs. After retirement her hobbies were walking, gardening, beach trips, and playing Yahtzee or cards.

The family would like to thank the Hospice of the Western Reserve for the wonderful support and care.

Family and friends may call 5-7PM Monday, November 25th, at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 3653 West Market St. in Akron. The funeral service will be 10AM Tuesday, November 26th at the funeral home with Pastor Sean Mabee, officiant; Interment immediately after the funeral in Rose Hill Burial Park.
