Tom passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 13, 2013.
He was predeceased by his wife Janet Shaw (2012) and is survived by his sons David Macfarlane Grant and Iain George Grant and their mother Gladys Slyvia.
Tom will be dearly missed by his step-daughters: Karen, Annette, Lynn and Kirsty and their husbands: Steve, Dave, John and Roger, as well as his grandchildren: Michael, Chantel, Jacob, Liam, Lucas, Kirstan, Cory, Iain, Zachary and Erika.
The family will receive friends at the Gordon McCutcheon Hall of the R.C.L. Branch 197, 15 Wright Avenue, Acton, on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 where his comrades will gather for a Legion Tribute at seven o’clock which will be followed by the funeral service conducted by the Rev. Canon J. Mark Tiller.
