Retha was a woman of God  and a prayer warrior. She was always so happy to be with her family. She would share happy memories from Alaska. She loved working at the Salvation Army in Alaska. She had a lot of wisdom. I appreciated getting to know her. ❤️ Blessings and love to  Retha’s family.

I will miss Retha.  She adored her Grandchildren, and great Grandchildren. She was so proud of how talented each, and everyone of you and spoke of how responsible young capable adults you have become.  She spoke of how she set up a daycare to watch over her Grandchildren, I hope you will remember the times you spent with her.  
Retha spent her time creating a garden in her small yard in Abilene,
 Texas, she also fed stray cats, and she was excellent in creating a peaceful place where all kinds of birds landed in her tree. 
Retha worked at Salvation Army in Anchorage, Alaska.  She helped people with her wisdom, and always had a client come by to talk to her about their problems.  She spoke of God, and emphasize the need to pray.  I will miss my friend Retha, she was like a sister to me.
