Jean’s love of life didn’t come to an end with her death. She passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 74 after a courageous battle, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives with the same kindness, compassion, and heart she gave to everyone she knew.
She will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, who she loved more than life itself: Mike, Kenneth, Jamie, and Jeremy. She is also survived by her 3 siblings; Tommy, Wayne, Rita, and her 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving her parents: Roy and Bernice; and her grandson Donovan.
Jean was immensely proud of her family, and was the first to tell you! She was always your number one fan and her heart was full of more love than one could imagine. She taught us all what is really important in life - to love, support and care for friends and family in our lives, and to be kind. We are all better off for having known her.
Jean was an amazing example of how to be a Mother, Sister, Wife, Grandmother, colleague, and a friend. In her passing, she continued to think and speak so fondly of her loved ones.
A celebration of Jean’s life will be held on Thursday, December 17th at 370 Mesquite St Abilene, TX at 7pm.
