Anna Braun Horseman

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend on May 29, 2011. Anna was born on Dec. 30, 1934 to a family of 12 brothers and sisters. Anna was always eager to describe her life growing up on the family farm. Anna met our dad, Ron, and married on Feb. 18, 1961 in England, they moved to BC where they began their journey. Our mother was an avid gardener and loved to cook while being surrounded by her loving family. She is predeceased by her husband, Ron, and sadly missed by her daughter, Leona (Ed), daughter Sharon (Bill), grandchildren Bobbi (Rikki), Troy (Chloe), Ryan, Paige & Griffin, great-grandchildren Ethan, Isabella, David & Aleira. Anna has gone to be with her true love, Ron.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford BC. Interment to follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.
