He was born on October 13, 1940 in Phoenix, Arizona to Jose and Fabiana Limon who preceded him in death. He passed away August 27th, 2015. He was raised in Wellton, Arizona and graduated from Antelope High School. He was a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force serving as a mechanic on the B-52 airplanes. He was employed and retired from Civil Service working at both YPG and MCAS as an electrician. He attended AWC and graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, MaryAnn Campuzano Limon, daughters; Lisa Limon, Vicki (James) Carbajal, Pat (Fernando) Rosas, brothers; Larry, of Las Vegas, Richard of San Diego, and Louie, of Yuma, sisters; Verna Limon and Josie (Santos) Castaneda, both of Yuma, grandchildren; Jimmy (Sandy) and Jeff (Kendall) Carbajal, Kim (Shawn) Martin, Audrey Rosas, Erica (John) Anderson, Joseph Rosas, Clarissa and Analyssa Jerez, 9 great grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Friday September 4th at 10:30 a.m. with Military Honors following at Desert Lawn. Celebration of Life gathering to follow at The Eagles Hall 225 S. 1st Avenue.
