Sarina was loving, caring and independent until the very end. She put her family before everything and cherished all the memories of raising her children and grandchildren.
Sarina was born in Sicily where she met her husband Alfio Scandurra, together they had 2 children, Roy and Fina, before moving to America. She worked as a seamstress in Brooklyn and retired to help raise her grandchildren. She loved her sweets, her bread, church, and above all else, her family.
She is survived by her loving children Roy and Fina; her cherished grandchildren, Alessia, Daniela, Annalisa, Alessandro and Gina; and her prized great-grandchildren, Donnie and Gianna Sarina. She is also remembered by numerous other family members and friends who were blessed to know her.
Sarina's legacy of love, kindness and giving nature will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
