So many wonderful memories. . . We’ll all miss you Uncle Rich!  ❤️ 

I am heartbroken to learn of Mr. McSpedon's death. We were neighbors in the garage of the Greystone, and he would always say 'hello, how are you?' when he saw me.  His kindness in just saying hello  was so wonderful to experience. I express my deepest condolences to his family and friends - after seeing the video, I am so glad that he had such a full, wonderful life surrounded by loved ones. Even though I did not know him as his family and friends did, I will miss him.

Dear Richie, Rest In Peace. I can remember reconnecting with you when I got out of the service. You never skipped a beat. You welcomed me back and took me to the Hamptons and Hunter Mtn.  You made our world a better place. 

Rich, My son Justin and I will miss you so much!  You took care of Justin since he was a tiny baby at the pool and played with him while I did the laundry at the Greystone. You were so generous and kind.  Even after we moved, my son loved visiting you at the pool.  You taught him how to swim and  gave him a truck for Christmas each year for 12 years.  You always sent me inspirational positive quotes to lift my spirits. Rest In Peace! 🙏❤️ 

Will miss all the fun conversations we had every time we passed each other ,
  the  times at the pool
 And The friendship we had for too short a time 
 The party can start now the you showed up !!!!

You where such a kind , friendly and funny  man, you never gave up, you kept your spirits High, ..it was a pleasure to have known you. Will miss you at the pool, your in a better place now...R.I.P. my friend

He was a neighbor, who I would see in the elevator, or elsewhere in our building.  He was always nice and polite.  I remember when he used to plant tomatoes in the back of our building, which led to the Metro North station.  He always offered my husband and I fresh home grown tomatoes when we would pass by, and see him working on his tiny garden.   I knew he had health problems in the past, which he seemed to overcome.  I saw him not too long ago, and when I asked how he was, he replied that he was fine or good.  However, I could see that he wasn't a healthy person.  His death took me by surprise, and I had no idea that he was in hospice care.  May he R.I.P.

Richie, we had the best of times at Hunter Mountain and the Hamptons.  Thanks for being my friend.

You brought me to my first concert to see Bob Dylan at the Nassau Coliseum. 
What a great night! That's just one of many great memories I have of you. You had the most generous and welcoming  spirit and will forever be in our hearts.  So thankful that I was blessed to have you as my Uncle.  Love you forever and we will definitely see each other again.  ❤Cathy

Rest easy Uncle Rich. Thanks for all the good memories and love. Driving to Palisades Park in the back of your GTO convertible as a kid is one of  my favorites.  Until we meet again, Joan❤️

RIP my very dear friend,we traveled a long road together,and had a blast. Sing with the Angels, and save me a seat.

My husband and I got married in 1967 and his best friend, Joe McSpedon, couldn't make it home for the wedding.  We asked Gook if he would stand in for Joey. He was so gracious and was in our wedding party.  We never forgot it. As the years went by, we didn't see him often, but it was always a pleasure when we did. May he rest in peace. My husband is meeting him now in heaven and my condolences to his family.
