Daniel T. Mulvey

Daniel was born in the Bronx on September 26, 1943 to the late Cornelius and Charlotte (O’Keefe) Mulvey. Daniel grew up in the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx with his two sisters Cornelia and Mary. He attended Saint Benedict’s school, Salesian high school and Saint John’s University. He later began working in St. John’s Hospital where he worked for the next 47 years in the radiology department. Daniel met the love of his life, Mary Ann Mulvey while working at St. John’s Hospital. They married in June of 1968, settled in Yonkers, NY and raised two children. Daniel was a very devoted family man. He was very fond of his Irish Heritage and a proud member of the Ancient order Of Hibernians. Daniel was preceded in death by his sisters Cornelia and Mary. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, his two children, Mary Elizabeth and her husband Stephen, Michael and his wife Armena, his two cherished grandchildren Nicholas and Mikayla. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

A visitation for Daniel will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A mass of christian burial will occur Monday, November 22, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Annunciation Church, 475 Westchester Ave, Yonkers, NY 10707. A committal service will occur Monday, November 22, 2021 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 West Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne, NY.
