Vernon was born to Alice and Harry Graham on October 25, 1947, in Nebraska.
After graduating from Grandview High School, Vernon married Linda Trusley on November 11, 1967, in Grandview WA.
Vernon and Linda made their home in Grandview where he began working for Parems Farms, The Miller Farm, and later was employed at the Safeway plant.
After his retirement from Safeway, he filled his time as a school bus driver for the Grandview School District and served on the Grandview Rodeo Board.
Vernon was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed taking his family and grandchildren fishing.
Vernon served in the Vietnam War.
Vernon is survived by his wife Linda Graham, sons; Jeffrey Graham and wife Robin Charvet-Graham, Delmer Graham and wife Holly Graham, grandchildren; Katherine Morin, Stephen Graham, David Graham, Libby Graham, siblings; Marcella Ruble, Donna Kroger, Glenda Schei and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
Vernon was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Alice Graham, siblings; Delmar Graham and Jean Adams, and nephews; Bruce Brown and Kerry Graham.
Services will be held Monday, March 7, 2022, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home, 1010 West Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA 98902. Following the funeral service will be a graveside from 1:00pm to 1:30 pm at West Hills Memorial Park, 11800 Douglas Rd, Yakima, WA 98908.
