Peggy married Thomas "Tommy" Noel on January 14th, 1961 in Yakima, Washington. They went on to have seven children and a long life together. Peggy was a stay-at-home mom, was very involved in neighborhood safety and improvement and had a lifetime love of music and dancing.
Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Tommy" Noel, her father, James H. Fuller, and mother, Margaret A. (Scott) Fuller, brothers, James E. Fuller and Richard J. Fuller and a sister, Madonna (Fuller) Lucas.
She is survived by all seven of her children; daughters Aline Kloeppel of Colorado, Helen Spencer of Moxee, Roberta Lucas, Christina Klingele, and Theresa Parsley, all of Yakima and sons Thomas Noel of Ellensburg and Charles Noel of Yakima, 22+ grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and several life-long friends. Peggy’s life was never too full to show love and kindness to every person she met and because of this it would be impossible to list all the people that were touched by Peggy during her more than seven decades on this earth.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 4:00-7:00 PM with Rosary at 6:00 PM at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. Mass of Catholic burial will be Friday, September 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Parish in Yakima, and concluding services Internment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
