Gene is survived by his wife Patricia; daughters Barbara Carter and Becky McKinney; grandchildren Jennifer Lance, Christopher Carter, Jessica Carter, Kayla Smith and great-granddaughter Scarlett Lily Ann Smith.
Graveside services will be held at 11am, Monday, January 30th, 2017 at West Hills Memorial Park.
