Sunrise March 23rd, 1959
Sunset December 11th, 2024 surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Fred was born in Canada. He was the youngest of 6 kids and he would brag about it all the time. Our family moved around a lot as our Dad was in the Military. We found our forever home in North Highlands California.
In 1994, Fred moved his family to Naches, Wa. Fred worked as a Chef at Denny’s. Shari’s, Hoops, 2nd St Grill, Clarion and other restaurants around the Valley. Fred moved to Colville for a few years and then back to Yakima.
Fred loved fishing. Fred didn’t have many hobbies as he loved to work. Fred was a very kindhearted man who didn’t have a care in the world. Always happy and content. He made friends wherever he went.
Fred is survived by his son Jeremy and fiancé Blair, sister Diana Tatum, brother in law Levi Tatum, nieces Roxann (Joe) Kintner, Abagail Kintner, Summer Tatum-Kintner, Linsey Roberts and Katie Sims. As well as his nephews John Adams, Payton Tatum-Kintner and Jerry Tatum. Who all loved him very much. Fred is also survived by the mother of his children and good friend Kari Carrasco.
Fred loved his grandkids Kaylee Miller, Jax Miller and Olyvia Miller more than anything in the world.
Fred’s girlfriend of 12 years Patty Kenyon.
He is proceeded in death with his Mom, Dad, 2 brothers (Randy and Mitch Miller), 2 sisters (Linda Adams and Glenda Miller), his son Joshua Miller and niece Rebecca Tatum.
I want to give a special Thank you to Kaylee Miller, Levi Tatum, Payton Tatum-Kintner, Summer Tatum-Kintner for your special kindness, compassion and for helping take such good care of Fred with me. I also want to thank the Memorial Hospice staff Laura, Maria, Vanessa and Joann. You ladies were Fred’s angels. Thank you!
Fred you were so very loved my brother! You will always be our Rico Suave.
