Lori Santello, 78, of Columbus, passed away on September 11, 2022. She was born on January 11, 1944, in Erie PA, to the late Louis and Thelma (Firewick) SanFrotello. In addition to her parents, Lori was preceded in death by her brother, Louis Lee SanFrotello.
Lori graduated from Fort Lebouef High School and attended Edinboro University. Later on she attended Hondros College and ultimately received her Real Estate license. Lori was a hard worker and loved working with people and loved sales. For twenty plus years she was a very successful realtor working for various Real Estate agencies over the years.
In her free time Lori loved to watch sports. She was a huge Ohio State Football and Pittsburgh Steelers fan, having attended multiple bowl games for Ohio State and watching them play every Saturday. She was proud to say that she was an original season ticket holder for the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Above all, she loved her family, her grandchildren, and her dogs and cat. Lori was a devout Catholic and attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. In addition, Lori loved music of all genres and loved to sing.
Lori will be greatly missed by her son, Neil (Staci) Hood; sister, Pauline Yezzi; grandchildren, Ian Richard Hood and Olivia Mae Hood; nieces and nephews, Randall SanFrotello, Richard SanFrotello, Cynthia Rhoades, and Candace Nagy, and Daniel Lastowski.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 10:30 to 11:30 at Powell United Methodist Church, Powell Ohio. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lori’s name may be made to St. Joan of Arc Music Program or Cozy Cat Cottage Adoption Center in Powell.
