He is survived by his children: Daniel (Jan) Miller, Annette (Glenn) Ammerman and Charles E. (Diane) Hinkle; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Herbert Hinkle; many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Maxine Endsley Miller Hinkle, his sister Carolyn Lajzer, and his grandson Luke Miller.
Charlie was a member of The Columbus Northern Lions Club and former District Governor, 13 A (Northwest Ohio). He was a veteran of the United States Army, and he retired from AT&T after 33 years of dedicated service.
His Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM, Friday, December 29, 2023 at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON, 6699 N High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. Graveside Service and Interment 12 Noon, Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Lancaster Cemetery in Huntington County, Indiana.
