Wesley Wayne Ellis Jr.

Wayne, as he was called, was born in Louisville, KY and made his way to Lake Mary, Florida where he met and married the love of his life Jackie. After some years they moved to Birmingham, AL with their only child Amy. Wayne spent many years in various careers before becoming an insurance auditor. He loved his Alabama Crimson Tide and playing music for his church in Birmingham. He was very talented at the guitar and song writing. He enjoyed listening to the Beatles and the Eagles as his pastime, as well as studying weather and meteorology. He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and enjoyed studying American history. He was the kindest and sweetest man that anyone ever knew. He loved his wife, and his daughter, and his grandchildren more than anything.

He is preceded in death by his father Wesley Wayne Ellis Sr. He is survived by his mother Barbara Ellis of Sanford, FL, his wife Jackie Ellis of Canton, GA, his brother Keith Ellis of New Smyrna Beach, FL, his daughter Amy Brady (Ryan) of Canton, GA and grandchildren Caden (12), Cameron (10), Amelia (7m) and Teagan (7m). He is dearly missed already by his family and friends and will be remembered for his kindness.
