Linda Ruth Emberg, 66, passed away in Marietta, GA on August 5, 2019. Linda was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Robert and Ruth (nee Meyer) Emberg. She earned a master’s degree from St. Louis University. Linda was extremely hard working, from her early days at Venture Stores until her retirement as a store manager at K-Mart. She was extremely artistic. Some of her many hobbies included gourmet cooking, sewing, cross-stitching and quilting. She had a strong faith in God and was a devout Christian and enjoyed watching North Pointe Community Church’s broadcasts. Linda was a loving sister and aunt. She adored her niece and nephew. Linda leaves behind her two brothers, Ron Emberg and wife, Betty and Randy Emberg and wife, BJ Jarvis; niece Tory Herrmann and husband, Taylor and nephew Craig Jarvis-Emberg and soon-to-be wife, Paige.
