She was born on May 12, 1970 in Minot, ND to Ronald and Audrey (Knutson) Wirtz. She attended elementary and high school in Kenmare, ND and graduated from Kenmare High School in 1988. Upon graduation, she attended the University of North Dakota earning a degree in Psychology.
Tracy embraced everything she did putting her heart and soul into all endeavors. You would never know it from her, but she had a very successful sales career, currently working for Medtronic as a surgical device sales representative. Outside of work she made the most of every minute, always surrounded by friends and family. She could be found boating, spending time at a beach, traveling, cheering at a sporting event, hanging out with the “girls”, running races, playing games, and just about anything else that involved fun. Somehow she always squeezed in just a little time for shopping too. Few people were a stranger after spending just a few minutes with Tracy.
She was thoughtful beyond words, generous, her laughter was infectious, and she loved with sincerity. She treasured everyone in her life and could not have loved her sons more. She leaves a hole in our hearts with the only comfort being that as we cry for her, we know that she is in a place with no more tears watching over us with smiles and love.
