Passed away on November 12, 2013. Robert is preceded in death by his Father, Robert David Norris; Sisters, Sharon Schnorr and Judith Norris. He is survived by his Wife, Eunice; Daughter, Janie (Brandon) Milles; Son, Paulo; Mother, Maeojean Norris; Granddaughters, Olivia, Samantha, and Natalia; Brother, Jeffrey (Ivana) Norris; Nieces, Nephews and Extended Family. Visitation Friday, November 15 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at First United Pentecostal Church, 6944 Hudson Boulevard in Oakdale. Funeral Service on Saturday, November 16 at 11:00 AM with Gathering of Family and Friends one hour prior, both also at the church. Interment at Union Cemetery following the service on Saturday.
