Bob was born to Charles and Creona McNeal on January 4, 1941, in St. Paul, Mn. He attended Central High School, and Mankato State College. He worked on the railroad before being employed by 3-M, After retirement from 3M, he began to drive school buses, and did so for many years.
Bob will be sorely missed by his wife, Mary Jo, and sons Bobby Jr., Scott (Renee), and Brett (Sara), along with many grandchildren.
His greatest joys were his children and grandchildren. He was steadfast in his faith in God, and unlimited love for his family. He enjoyed golfing, going fishing and watching any sorts of Minnesota sports.
He spent many summer days, sitting in the garage, and visiting with neighbors as they walked by.
His adoration for his idol, Elgin Baylor , was epic. His sons could often expect Elgin Baylor stories to come up with most conversations.
Bob is predeceased by his parents, one brother, Charles (Sonny), and sisters, Verna, Hazel, Charlotte, Louise, Leona, and Dorothy.
