He is preceded in death by his mother, Florence I. Arnold; niece, Vanessa and his best friend, Rob Schaffer.
Randy is survived by his wife, Marion; brothers and sisters, Nancy (Rusty) Goin, Phyllis Masapust, Debbie (Junior) Schultz, Gary (Pam) Friend, Mary Gay (Dave) and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
A private family service will be held out of state.
