Pat was born to Donald and Betty Crossfield in White Bear Lake. She was a 1974 graduate of Mariner High School. She married her husband Jerry on May 22, 1976. They raised two children: Amy (Geoff) Luckmann and Lisa (Jim) Frantzen, and were blessed with five grandchildren: Evelyn, Tyler, Jameson, Emma, and Donald.
Pat is survived by siblings Cynthia Houser, Deb (Tim) Mayer, Tim (Leanna) Crossfield, Barb (John) Arnold, Andrea (Scott) Spanovich; sister-in-law Sue Hinz; brother-in-law Mert (Rena) Hinz; many nieces, nephews, great-niece and nephews, and other family and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by son Jason, parents Donald and Betty Crossfield, in-laws Ole and Joyce Hinz, and many beloved family members.
The family is eternally grateful to Hospice of the Midwest for the wonderful care they provided to Pat.
Visitation Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 5:00pm– 8:00pm at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr, Woodbury, MN 55125. Funeral service Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11:00am at Salem Lutheran Church, 7825 Bailey Rd, Woodbury, MN 55129. Visitation one hour before service at church.
