Frank was predeceased by his much loved wife, Janet, his sons Randy and David, his son-in-law Allan, his great-grandson Zedekiah, father Walter, mother Francis, step-mother Rosa, brothers Stanley and Joe, and sisters Josephine and Florence.
Frank will be lovingly remembered by his children Chris (Doug) Kardash of Grenfell, Ron (Debbie) Bank of Fillmore, Lori Christie of Regina, Jackie (Peter) Haus of Glenavon, Audrey Jones of Weyburn; his grandchildren January (Kyle), Elvis (Candace), Kandace (Matt), Waylon (Rachel), Jada (Jeremy), Kayla (Jason) Chase (Jess), Sheldon (Cheryl), Carmen (Kurt), Amber (Trevor), Dallas (Carly), Brandy (Ryan), Ryan, Robin (Chris), Christian (Bonnie), Brooke, Mattesyn and 35 great grandchildren. Frank is also survived by his brother Allan Bank (Ethel) of Calgary; sisters Victoria Ell of Moose Jaw, and Veronica Berjion of Assiniboia; paternal half-siblings Gabe (Denise) Bank of Regina, Bernie (Leanne) Bank of Regina, Andrew Bank of Regina; and Joan Konechny of Edmonton. He will also be greatly missed by all his Hrycak in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frank was born and lived in Glenavon where he served God all his life. He was a fantastic carpenter who built and renovated everything from homes to cabinets. Frank always made time to help anyone in need, and will be particularly missed by his friends at the Seniors Centre in Glenavon, where they gathered most days.
The funeral mass in celebration of Frank’s life will be at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Glenavon, Sask., on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Gerard Montiague officiating with interment of cremated remains in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish Cemetery.
