It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our beloved, Alyssa Leigh Pelletier on January 1, 2023
Alyssa was predeceased by her Father Kevin Stonechild, her siblings Sarah Allary and Jace Pelletier, her Kokum’s Patricia Pelletier and Doreen Lerat and her Mushum Ben Stonechild.
Alyssa is survived by her son Alessio who she loved so much he meant everything to her, she will be leaving her Mother Dana, father Farley (Jaimie), her siblings: Sky, Fenton, Jaymie-Lee (Bailey) and her chosen sister Cami Dawn, aunts Erica(Melvin), Dodie(Cary); Kokum Lynda; Mushum; Gaylord, her numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; she will also be leaving her friends (onissas) Jessie Mar, Madison, Stephanie, Jodie, Bree, Jesse, and Jenny-Rye, Alyssa will be missed by all who knew and loved her she was an amazing mother, sister, auntie, cousin, granddaughter and friend.
The family would like to thank everyone for their help and support during this difficult time.
The wake was held in the Chief Denton George Memorial Multiplex, Ochapowace Nation on Wednesday January 11, 2022 at 4:00 p.m and the funeral service was held in the Chief Denton George Multiplex on Thursday, January 12, 2023 a feast was held at 11:00 a.m and funeral service followed at 1:00 p.m. with Elder Sam Isaac officiating. Interment was in Ochapowace Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Matthew Lerat, Nathan Stonechild, Jason Buffalo, Isaiah Pelletier, Fenton Allary and Brian Shingoose
Honorary pallbearers were Alyssa’s sisters, aunts, kokums and close friends.
