Shari Zeh Arnold, 79, of Winter Park, Florida, passed away Jan 1, 2020. Shari was born Jan 27, 1940 to Gilbert Cady Zeh and Elizabeth (Bouton) Zeh in Esperance, NY, Schoharie County, NY, located in the vicinity of the Catskill Mountains.
Shari was Valedictorian of the 1957 class of Schoharie Central School. She was granted a full scholarship to Cazenovia College, a small liberal arts college in the greater Syracuse area. She continued her education in computer science and business administration, while working full time and raising her family. She earned an AA degree from Edison Community College, Ft. Myers in 1980 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCF in 1985. She retired as a computer consultant for Sprint.
Shari traveled extensively with her husband of 34 years, Bill Arnold. She was a member of MENSA and was a former Secretary/Treasurer of the Central Florida Anthropological Society. She loved animals and was an avid reader and gardener.
In addition to her husband Bill Arnold, Shari is survived by her children, Gina Stratta of Jacksonville, FL, Marie Sheldon of Newton, MA, Tony Stratta of Lehigh Acres, FL; and John Marcel Stratta of Orlando; step-children Debbie Arnold and her husband Steve Jett and Wendy Roberts and her husband John; grandsons Arash and Rustam Horri, Steve Sheldon; Joseph Stratta; and John, Eric, Grant and Thomas Roberts; and great-grandson Cyrus Horri.
