John Ray Holt of Orlando, Florida, went home to the Lord on Thursday, May 25,2023 at the age of 74 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born on July 20,1948 in Piqua, Ohio.
John R. Holt was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Laura Holt, and his only brother, James Holt. John is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; his beloved daughters, Connie (Daniel) and Sandy; his granddaughter, Miranda (Chris); and his great-grandson, Ryder. He is also survived by Liz’s 3 children, 5 step-grandchildren, and 12 step-great grandchildren. As well as many other family and friends that will cherish his memory and will miss his presence.
John’s funeral service is being held at Baldwin Fairchild Goldenrod Chapel, located at 7520 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32792 on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 1:00pm. Visitation and viewing will proceed the service from 11:00am-1:00pm. Please attend if you are able.
