A member of Hillsdale Baptist Church, Sharon was previously a resident of Dade City prior to moving to Lakeland with her husband in 1987.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Aaron) Gleim and grandsons, Michael and Aiden Gleim of Mulberry, FL; siblings, Julius (Janice) Brinson of Senatobia, MS, Nancy Peebles of Plant City, FL, Mildred (James) Williams of Chipley, FL, Marie Brinson of Spring Hill, FL, Ann (James) Bates of Tampa, FL, Charlotte Ballard of Dade City, FL, Daniel (Maureen) Brinson of Kyles Ford, TN, Rhoda Tait of Zephyrhills, FL, Darlene Bingham of Valdosta, GA; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Guthrie, her parents, and sisters Sarah Brinson and Rubye Kelly.
